The MemberSpace team wants to let you know we are committed to being GDPR, CCPA, and SCA compliant. While the process of becoming compliant is not simple (or cheap) we want to do what's best for our customers so you can rest easy knowing we fully respect you and your customer's data and security. Please review our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for more details.
MemberSpace's primary data and servers are hosted at Amazon's AWS data centers in the United States and we do not have any plans to add servers in the European Union.
All access to MemberSpace's backend is secured over SSL (HTTPS), which ensures the information is encrypted.
We use Bcrypt and a per user salt to save user passwords in the form of a hash value. We use Cloudflare to protect against numerous types of potential attacks.
We also ensure all employees and contractors have read, understand, and signed our customer data NDA and Company Handbook documents. We have a DevOps team that monitors our network traffic and data sources for abnormal issues - they do various continual and periodic reviews.
Every year, we run an internal security audit which includes:
As per GDPR's Data Subject Rights, you can submit a request for us to amend your data, stop processing your data, or delete you data.
If a breach is discovered we will first patch the breach and start assessing the extent of what happened. Within 24 hours of the patch fix we will notify all customers on file by email and via in-app messages.
If you have any questions about our security, GDPR, CCPA, or SCA compliance please get in touch via email at [email protected] or contact our support team.
